By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to act for that company.

Client portal accounts are issued for a specific project. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account at any time, including when a project ends or when we believe the account is being misused.

• Do not use the site for anything unlawful or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, documents, or systems that are not yours.
• Do not scrape, copy, or republish site content or project photography without our permission.
• Do not interfere with the site's operation, upload malicious code, or probe it for vulnerabilities.

Anyone who is not an employee, officer, or sales representative of Adventure Park Contractors may refer an operator, unless the law or your own employer prohibits it.

A qualified referral is a new prospect who was not already in our pipeline, who is identified to us before we speak with them, and who engages with us about a real project. A reward is earned when that referral signs a construction agreement with us and the project proceeds, and it is paid after the project reaches the milestone we describe with the current offer.

Rewards may change, and the program may be suspended or ended at any time. Adventure Park Contractors decides eligibility in good faith and its decision is final. A reward has no cash value unless we state otherwise, and you are responsible for any taxes on what you receive.

The content on this site, including text, layout, and project photography, belongs to Adventure Park Contractors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Client brand names and logos shown on the site are the property of their respective owners and appear with permission.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adventure Park Contractors is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

This section applies to the website only. It does not limit, replace, or modify any construction contract between Adventure Park Contractors and a client. That agreement governs the work, its warranties, and the parties' liabilities.

The site may link to websites we do not control. We provide those links for convenience and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Adventure Park Contractors is organized, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after we post an update means you accept the revised terms.
