Trampoline Park Gurus, DBA Adventure Park Contractors – Our Story
“We build fun – and we do it well.”
What we do
General Contractor – 2008–present
We have been awarded contracts to build parks in 9 different states totaling 23 builds; jumpstreet (18 Parks, 2008-2017), House of Air (1 Park, 2018), Circus Trix (3 Parks, 2018-2019), Launch (1 park, 2019). As a general contractor we are able to manage the construction process from permit to certificate of occupancy. We understand the building codes and can help the building jurisdiction having authority understand the process and help them understand what we are building, since trampoline parks are a new concept for most jurisdictions. We are able to coordinate with your trampoline manufacture for install dates and we understand the areas of the park that need to be completed so that they can be successful. We understand the ASTM standard, and we know ceiling heights, clearances and padding.
Time is important to our customers and to get your park opened on time and in compliance, it is important to use an experienced general contractor familiar with trampoline parks. Average time on a full build out is 14 weeks.
Remodels/retro fits – 2014-present
We began retro fits of open parks in 2014. As the industry grew, it became clear that patrons wanted more attractions and options in the parks. In 2014 we began adding attractions, re-designing trampoline courts, adding self-check in areas and additional private birthday party rooms. We have completed more than 40 retro fits, small to large in 25 states across the country. Because of our knowledge and familiarity with trampoline parks, we are able to do the retro fit fast and get your park ready for additional revenue.
Raised platforms – 2018–present
We build raised platforms either for the owner or working with the owner’s selected general contractor. We can either steel stud frame the raised platform or we developed, with STM, a bolt together system that goes in fast, is built to last and meets local codes. We have competitive pricing and our team has experience which translates to done correctly and on time.
How we do it
We travel. We have a core team that is familiar with trampoline park buildouts and manufacturing. Almost half of the states require state contractor’s license, we have or get licenses in those states. Other states require registration or a license at the local level. We work with a national licensing company to help us understand and comply with all state requirements. Our team stays on site for the duration of the project whether it be 3 weeks or 3 months. We have experience, we are not guessing at how to bid or complete construction of a trampoline park. When we bid, the bid is complete, we only issue change orders for changes to the scope. We do not guess at how long it will take us to complete the build, we know how to schedule and more importantly how to meet those schedules.
